    1. Bids placed on items are legally binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at the bid price if you win the auction.
    2. The highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction is considered the winning bidder.
    3. The Platform reserves the right to modify or cancel auctions, refuse or revoke bids, and remove items from the auction at its discretion.
  4. Payment

    2. Failure to complete payment within the designated period may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of the user account.
  5. Item Descriptions and Disputes
    1. Item descriptions are provided by sellers and may not be verified by the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or quality of items listed.
    2. In case of disputes between users, the Platform may assist in communication but does not hold responsibility for resolving disputes.
  6. Privacy and Data Protection
